EtonHouse is partnering with Oxford Summer Courses again, and we are delighted to offer 2 full scholarship places to be chosen from the top 2 applications received. There is also a 20% scholarship for a further 15 places.  

Broaden your horizons and experience an exceptional 2 or 4 week spring or summer course with options to study at the University of Cambridge, University of Oxford or National University of Singapore for students from 9 years and above.  You will have the chance to stay in one of the university’s colleges and experience life at one of the world's top institutions. This fully residential course offers a range of over 50 subjects to choose from such as English Literature, Law, Medicine, Artificial Intelligence and Business & Entrepreneurship to name but a few.

Course Highlights

The Junior courses for students aged 9-10 years and 11-12 years are located at two top British boarding schools; Wycombe Abbey or Cheltenham Ladies College in the UK and are centered around interactive, task-based learning with experienced primary teachers. For students aged 13 and above, lessons are conducted in a seminar style mirroring the traditional teaching system used at the University of Oxford and University of Cambridge, with no more than eight students per class. Students will also attend 1:1 or paired tutorials each week in their chosen subject.

• How are the classes conducted and what subjects are on offer?
  The courses provide a focused academic environment with smaller classes and focused learning hours where teachers set precise study goals. With over 50 subjects available, this is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a subject you might be considering for university or further study.
• Do you provide accommodation? What else will I do around the subject classes?
  Yes, accommodation, airport transfer, medical insurance and all meals are included within the cost. As well as studying your chosen subject, students will have cultural tours and personal development workshops where you will develop your soft and essential skills.

• Who are your teachers?The vast majority of our tutors are academics from the University of Oxford and University of Cambridge - this is also what sets Oxford Summer Courses apart from other summer course providers
• Can students earn credits as a result of these courses?We will issue students with a Certificate of Completion signed by the founders of Oxford Summer Courses, who are Oxford University alumni and a Letter of Recommendation from their assigned tutor. This will really help in boosting student’s portfolios when it comes to university applications.
